1972 Chevy Truck 6 lug Rear Disc Brake Conversion

I'm looking for a 6 lug conversion kit to disc for my rear brakes. Currently have some old rusty drums on the rear (front has disc) and mostly just looking to put a solution in that doesn't suck so bad to maintain.

I have 6 lug rims that I'm happy with, and I don't want to have 6 on front and 5 lugs on rear, and those 5 lug to 6 lug adapters look like death on a bun so I'm looking for options. I had to dig pretty hard on the googles to find one 6 lug disc rear disc brakes conversion kit, are there other 6 lug kits out there or is there another option I should be exploring?

I attached some pictures of the wheels, truck and rear drum. I appreciate any tips on this endeavor!
