Purchaced new Camaro SS

I know this is a truck forum but I just purchased a new 50th Anniversary Camaro SS and wanted to share some pictures of my new car.

Very nice. I have a 79 and a 95 Z28 convertible and wouldn't ever part with them.

I think you're going to love it.

Wow, for that amount of money you could have bought a really nice '72.
(Sorry, someone had to say it.)

Happy Anniversary! That's a nice appearance package. It just says Fiddy on the side . I like those stripes, something new and unique yet a taste of the past. Very artistic and subtle. I keep looking at Camaros expecting to see shades of the old ones and coming up short, but those doggone Camaros are just their own 21st century badass just like their kinfolk back in the day little cars. I don't think designers ever intended to do like Mustang and Challenger and make a sudo-replica. They took the essence of the early Camaro...along with the general silhouette and made the 'next' Camaro, as a step forward into this century.

The amount I put for a down payment would have bought a nice 67-72!

Actually, it didn't "have" to be said.

Nice car. All around great daily use/fun type cars (drivability, balanced, power, & efficiency (vs power output). I'd want the 1LE package (can't justify the additional dealer mark-up's on the Z28).

I was wondering if they were going to do a fifty, considering the break they took. I would love to have one to compliment my 67

That is bad ass! I looked at one back in '13 and I loved everything about it but the visibility... I had a hard time seeing out of it.

The 50th anniversary is a perfect time to buy one. Love the badge

I want one so bad, but I have too many toys I won't give up and I needed a full size truck instead.

Its a blast to drive!

My job has me travel so I get to drive a lot of new cars so I know all the bells and whistles. What is new is the performance of the Camaro, the ones I get for rentals are the V6's.

Congratulations on getting a nice car. If I were in the market for a car I would have waited for the Fifty also. Looks fast just sitting still.
