Date stamp on original steel wheels
I was reading the thread about factory wheel color and some one said somthing about a date stamp. In order not to hijack the thead I diced to make a new one. I drug out my old steel wheels to chech the stamp. For curiosity sake. And I don't realy under Stand what the stamp means. It has 3. One looks like a c and one says GM. Then the one I'm confused about says k1 with a 1 under it. Not shure what that means.

I looked and did not see anything stamped on the back side or in the barral.

Most are stamped on the barrel. Kelsey Hayes K9 & K1
1st pick is from a 15x8 from 1965 six bold truck. 2nd is a 15x8 six bolt blazer rim 83 date http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/a...1&d=1556331428

Well that explains why I can't find it. I would have to take the tire off of the rim. I looked on the back side of the rim. Whell thanks for the help anyway.
