Factory tach to HEI with external coil info needed

The engine in my 67 is a 350 TBI out of 1990 1500 truck. The HEI distributor has a "external coil". Anyone know what wire to tap into for tach signal? Any info would help.
Thanks.

Snipe is correct it is white and there should be a spade type hook up just off of the coil that your wire will/could plug into. The plug has a funky looking cover on it but that is where you want to be. They made that i suppose for the one for tach to not have to splice into the wiring.
