speedo reads slow

I want to take the speedo gear outta my trans to maybe get one that will read correctly. I see where the speedo cable hooks to the tranny but there is some sort of junction box or whatever between the speedo hook up and the tranny. where is this gear I LQQK'n for?

Use the search block above. I have the gears, but you can buy them online or maybe locally.
