Need help decoding this 73 rear end if possible

I recently came across this 73 gmc 3/4 ton that was given to me,it has a dana 44 front np205 T-case,(has the 3 bolts/cover in the center) not sure on the transmission is there a place underneath to look for a coding? the rear end on it is a 14 bolt cover and the only stamping I can find on it is this beside the u joint on the driver side
CFD
249 with a 1 in a circle beside the 9

reason I am wondering is I am trying to find bearings for one hub and they are having trouble trying to identify it with my description of it , even with the year and all the info like size engine,3 speed with granny low,4x4,,,etc, and still they cant seem to find what I need and was hoping someone could steer me in the right direction so I could order the the inner and outer races/bearings/seal
