Gotta love Pull-a-part!!!!

Thought i'd drop by one of the area yards and completely scored.
found a 1991 suburban 4x4 that was pretty much all intact and this is what I scored....

Power mirror setup and switch
Complete Power window/lock wiring harness including the factory mirror harness
Complete all 4 doors ( PW regulators, motors and Pl actuators )
Bucket seat brackets ( spare for who ever needs some )
Super nice roof console that is in awesome shape
and some odd n end small stuff

So it looks like Big Blue is gonna get the power window/lock setup and probably power mirrors. After that my inside should be all done.

Re: Gotta love Pull-a-part!!!!

Lucky!, I'm looking for a power window truck in all the yards around here for my crew cab. And am having zero luck.

Re: Gotta love Pull-a-part!!!!

I have passed up two sets of power mirrors on suburbans recently. both had busted driver mirrors. you can find some good stuff in there.

burban nate- I'll keep an eye on the yards here for ya. pm me what ya need exactly. I wanted to get all my stuff from a 91 sub for the mirror harness and also since my crew is a 91. just anal retardation on stuff like that. It couldn't of worked out any better for me there.

Re: Gotta love Pull-a-part!!!!

I thought i had scored a few weeks ago when I saw G20 after G20 vans (4 or 5 of them) at Wrench and Go. All but 1 were conversion vans and NONE had the power windows!!! I couldn't believe it. Nice score.

Re: Gotta love Pull-a-part!!!!

Ive heard a lot of good things about them, In total how many square bodys 81-87 do they have. Ive been looking for a 89-91 Suburban Core Support and Grille, did you see any good lookin ones over there, maybe the truck you scored off of?

Re: Gotta love Pull-a-part!!!!

yes, the front clip was complete. the only panels that were not straight were the pass doors. I thought about grabbing the grill since its nicer than mine, but i was planning on buying a new one anyway. core support and light harness would be a great score.

Re: Gotta love Pull-a-part!!!!

I ran into the same thing....91 suburban. Blue and had just come in. Amazing blue interior, power mirrors, etc. I pulled the console and sent it off to a fellow member. Was in great shape! I went back a week later and seats are now gone plus more!

Definitely a nice condition rig and those are great finds!

Was this at Pull-A-Part off Centennial? You must've got there 1 minute after they put it out if so. Usually the vultures jump on them quick there.
