F42 vs std suspension

Trying to get parts together for the front of my R30 and the F42 option keeps coming up and I'm seeing very inconsistent results with what fits and what doesn't. Even called Moog and their tech line said that the F42 has a square arm with bolt holes, yet I found a set of u-bolts that were for the round F42 shaft.

Does anyone have a definitive answer as to what the differences are between the F42 and non-F42?

Google isn't being much help.
