Woodgrain Steering wheel trim?

Anybody know if there is a source for the woodgrain trim piece on our steering wheels? My truck came with the original steering wheel, but its missing the trim piece. I've looked high and low, but no luck? Thanks!

This is the part I'm referring to.

I just purchased some 3M vinyl woodtrim. It's a great match. Here's mine:

Re: Woodgrain Steering wheel trim?

I've never seen a source for new ones. I have one that I have been saving that the "woodgrain" is not in great shape but the metal itself is. These would be sooo easy to reman...i think. Should be ale to scan these and make them...somebody should be able to...I've been holding onto it for that reason, hoping I could find a place to make one.

I Didn’t realize the trim had a metal piece surrounding the wood. I guess I’m missing the whole piece. If you get tired of holding onto that one I’d be happy to take it off your hands!

Thanks . I was wondering WHICH of the patterns you chose. It looks like an exact match. Walnut? Cherry teak? Thank you.

Re: Woodgrain Steering wheel trim?

Lowe's and Home Depot also has rolls of the woodgrain vinyl.

Re: Woodgrain Steering wheel trim?

I have one of those wheels from a 70s GMC van but the inlay or whatever is orangish not woodgrain.
