Is there any chance you are capable or interested in a frame swap? Are you sure the truck is salvagable?

Is the floor you are using original metal or aftermarket? If aftermarket you can't use that to judge if the frame is out of square of not. You have to "X" measure it with the bed off.

If you had a capable frame man he should have checked your frame for squareness . Should have wanted to sell more work. Ask him if he checked it. Or go back and have him check it while you watch.
