Question Shocks & Lowered Rig

I'm planning a 3/4 drop(drop spindle/drop leafs) on my 78 C-10 SWB and I am thinking on using Edelbrock IAS shocks. I would probably use shock extenders in the rear, but do I need anything up front?

Standard length shocks and the stock mounting locations should work if you lowered the front with just the dropped spindles.
