Replacing door lock actuators
Anyone have any brand recommendations on these?
Something aftermarket work or stick with gm?

I used VDO. Been a while, but when I looked into it I'm pretty sure VDO were original makers, and that's why I used them.

Dorman makes them, I put some in my crew cab and they've lasted 5 years so far.

Gm makes very little in the way of parts. They make the bodys and chassis and assemble the rest from suppliers. Not always the same supplier from year to year.
