Anyone have trouble contacting LMC?

I can never get an email response out of them, whether I respond to an order confirmation or just send in a request by email.

Apparently phoning them just takes you to a call center (probably staffed in a place where the only trucks are Toyota HiLux technicals).

I've placed several orders for over $1000, and each time I do I get a nice handwritten card... with only a first name and no contact information.

Having run a large online business with millions of customers in the past, I know front-line triage can be a pain. I wouldn't want to have to answer a lot of "red is positive, black is negative" questions, but still... they sure are hard to get a hold of!

Re: Anyone have trouble contacting LMC?

Was there yesterday..even the guys at the counter use the catalog to have the warehouse guys to bring the parts up.. I usually tell them the part number then look at it before I leave. I don't mean this to sound critical but i dont think the counter guys know any more than the the folks who take your order by phone. I like living so close to LMC. They are open on Sunday's too.
I hope everything works out for you. Must be frustrating.
