p30 19.5 wheels on 69 c30 custom

-looking to put p30 bread van 19.5 wheels on my 69 c30 flat deck , i hear pre 71 trucks have smaller studs, will this be a problem even thought they are hub centric? i may consider 17.5 rims from 55-60 trucks , i understand they have the same 4.56" hub centre and stud size. do they accept tubeless tires?

You can bolt them right on. I just did this on my 70 (link below in my signature).
