Confirmation of SPID

I just acquired a 72 C10 4x4 and wanted to confirm that this SPID is original. Looks like a nice orange 4x4 to get started with.

Re: Confirmation of SPID

Does the VIN on the title and frame match the SPID? That would be my first step.

Looks good to me. 1/2 ton 4x4 shortbed with an automatic trans and a/c. How about some pictures of the rest of the truck?

Nicely optioned 4x4. Harder and harder to find short bed 4x4's with Cheyenne trim and factory air. I dig it!

I nearly became a couch sleeper after a similar conversation with Mrs fatbass.

Her: You need $3K for a crate 350? We could remodel the bathrooms with that much.
Me: You spent more than that on hair care last year.

Similar discussion at my house, too.

I made a chart to demonstrate the actual breakdown, a few years ago when I still had kids in college. "Race Fund" wasn't even a blip on the chart.

Wow, a real shortie 4x4 Cheyenne. Rare find. Please keep it original (I DO NOT say this often... to anything...)

Yeah really optioned nicely and mostly original. Decoded the Heritage kit this was a nice optioned truck especially being a 4x4 and shortbed. I still can't believe the AC was 410 from the factory thats 13% of MSRP. Looks like it has been in CA it's whole life too.

I'm going to keep this mostly original. I really like the option list and solid color on this one.

Did I just hear Jesse say "keep it original' or are the the drugs kicking in.

That's I nice truck. I'd love to have it.

And I know what it's like with the wife. When I brought my 71 home my wife said "Get that thing out of my driveway'

I kept the truck and got rid of her.

Very rare Truck, akin to an SS/RS Camaro. One of the few that should remain as is.
