A pillar
I placed the inner floor and welded near the B pillar trying to match it to the existing inner floor . Well now I can’t get the A pillar to sit flat against the inner rocker? Thoughts?

Welcome to the forum.
Pictures would help. Is the cab off the frame? Is the cab sitting solid on the frame? Are the cab bushings new or in need of replacement?

Without pictures you will have to fly all of us out there to make recommendations.
 Before cutting the floor out did you brace the cab?
