Vortec Question About Exhaust Flow

Hows everyone doing so today im in my sons truck has duals and were going down the road and it comes out of one side then it will switch to the other side then when it hits about 70mph it comes out of both i dont if theres a way for it to come out of both any knows a trick or thats how vortecs are anyone knows can they let me no

Not sure exactly what your question is? What is coming out? Exhaust? and how do you know/see that in motion?

Yeah not really sure whats being asked here.....if its exhaust related and you've changed the exhaust it will be hard to answer without more details.
