New to me...1988 c3500 454

I am new to big blocks and for now I am looking for things I can replace just to restore any lost power or to increase fuel economy. The engine was rebuilt about 60k miles ago, but it looks like the whole vehicle may have been a little neglected. So far I have replaced the air filter, changed the oil and filter, run fuel injector cleaner through the gas tank, and finally changed the fuel filter. Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Enjoy your big block, if great mileage isn't an issue. Used several of them for work, now one for play. 9+-mpg, loaded---13+-Interstate driving @70mph or less. Keep her serviced, well maintained, & shut your eyes at fuel pumps.
If your gonna' plow, ya' gotta' buy hay for the horses.
Nothing against diesels, just my preference.
