Spid Question

Question.
My Spid says 617 RED VINYL TRIM. What exactly does this mean? Attached is the Spid, and a shot of my interior, the seat has been recovered. Could it be the vinyl dash? My truck is a 1969 K20

Thanks

Re: Spid Question

I suspect the dash pad, door panels, belts & visors. Perhaps the rear view mirror cover, and maybe even the steering wheel. Unsure about the seat. You might search this website for 617.

Re: Spid Question

Thanks for the reply.

The only vinyl in the cab is the dash pad and the visors. They are the darker red, along with the door panels (which are metal), the steering column and the seatbelts.

Re: Spid Question

It is referring to the seat, as opposed to a cloth or leather seat.

Re: Spid Question

Maroon interior, one year only- 1969. Red vinyl, includes the dash pad, arm rests, visors, seat. But the steering wheel, column, rear view mirror cover are usually maroon. My 69 GMC 4x4 also has the dash and glovebox door are maroon also. My body color is also 514 red. Seat belts and covers are slso maroon
