Re: need help with rear quarters?

Most of them are spot welds, but I don't know much more then that. The best thing is to cut out less so if you need to go back and cut more you have it.

Has anyone put one in before?

thanks for the info i was planning on buying some full quarters from LMC truck and just spot welding them back in with a new rear tail pan which also needs to be replaced.

Re: need help with rear quarters?

Don't hold me to it but I thought I replaced one quite a few years ago and if a full quarter is bolted to the floor and up over the wheel well and spot welded front and backunder the taillite.

Re: need help with rear quarters?

I was somewhat right, if you buy a bedside it is bolt but more money and hard to find. The quarter is a spot weld on. Sorry for the confusion.
