Temperature sensor modification

I had offered to try and modify a sender from ½ NPT to ⅜ NPT for a member but he never followed thru...last week I got a PM from another member wanting to try one.

He sent me this one ACDelco....... G1852

I re-machined it on one of my CNC lathes...it looks like it will work just fine...
sending it back for install....we'll see....?
