Re: How about some pics of 47-59

I don't plan on going totally back original, but I do plan on going back with the same steel-blue type color and few other things. My dad has had this truck forever, no plan to get rid of it, but something else may just put it on the back burner.

Yessir, for the time being thats what I'd like to do. I just need to track down a motor and tranny. Not sure what I'd like to put in it.

Whats a Super Deluxe SCHRUM? I have only heard of the Deluxe model, which I thought was mostly the bed spear trim and rear cab window trim....

Re: How about some pics of 47-59

Decided to get it out from under that tree and under some cover. I'd like to have it in my shop but I have too many other ones in there right now. When I get a little farther along with my current project I'm going to start on this one. Hopefully in a few months.

It looks like you kind of like vettes too. Kind of funny that I once had a Roman Red 62 (300 HP) and a 65 white roadster! Have we run across each other on the Corvette Forum?

I use the 62 solidaxle over there also, but just to sell parts that I have collected for the last 40+ years!

Still have my first one I bought in 67!

I spend too much time over here, because of all the good folks that have helped me with this new addiction for trucks, just like the one I had for Corvettes
