11/16 Tie Rod Sleeves

Just Wondering If Anyone Knows Where I Can Find 11/16 Tie Rod Sleeves. 11/16 Threads On Both Ends. The Moog Ones Are 4 3/4 inches Long And Cant Find Anything Close To That Lenght
