IAC questions

I have a 94 GMC Suburban 2500 SLE 7.4l...I am in need of an IAC motor....There are 2 listed, a 10mm pintle and a 12mm pintle. How do I know which one is right? It appears the one that's on my truck now is an aftermarket one...did they put the RIGHT one in there? Or am I over analyzing this? Thanks.

Re: IAC questions

The model 220 TBI for the big block engine (7.4 liter) has a IAC that is flange mounted with a 12 mm diameter dual taper pintle. The IAC for the 220 on the small blocks has a threaded mount with a 10 mm diameter pintle.

Edit:
The Model 700 TBI unit used on the 2.5 liter has a flange mounted dual taper IAC like the big Block 7.4 liter, but the pintle diameter for the model 700 IAC is 10 mm
