Suggestions on repairing where the door hinge attaches to the body
I know there is steel plate with bolt hole threads
One of those plates i have the threads are shot

Any experience on what to do?

Either cut sheetmetal and replace. Or you could tighten up the other holes, drill tap and maybe insert a thread repair. Maybe.

Not positive this would work. But could you drill to next largest size and tap?
