Blazer fuel tank filling?

I'm hoping this is the best place to ask this.

I installed a blazer tank on my truck. I'm wondering if you guys have any trouble filling your gas tanks. I noticed the filler spout is only about 1-/2" diameter. I am going to route my line up to fill on the side marker light. I'm worried it may take forever to fuel up though. Has anyone changed the filler spout on the tank to a larger size?

I don't have any trouble filling mine, but for some reason the automatic shutoff on the nozzles doesn't seem to work on my Blazer. I've replaced all the lines, and I don't have any leaks.

I'm doing the same right now your tank looks way too high I don't think you will get the bed back on that lip on the back of the tank on mine sits under the frame cross rail and I had to notch it where the filler neck is

So just to confirm, the blazer soft hose is 1-3/8" inside diameter? It doesn't get larger then funnel into the tank?

Thanks Jim. I already bought a piece of 1.5" tubing to run it up the wall to my side marker, just need a piece of rubber at the filler and the cap to connect it.
