Ok so those upper brackets will work with this crossmember, correct? I am thinking your crossmember is the correct one that I will need with need to put in the NP205 with TH350 trans, correct?

FWIW the 203 cross member you have now should work with the 205. You would want to get the cross member like 1rippen6 posted if you want it to be correct.
I removed a TH 350 and a 203 and installed a SM 465 and a 205 in a 77 Chevrolet I had and used the same cross member in the same location.
