C20 Lwb-----c10 swb

So I'm kinda new to the c10 world..... I have a 69 c20 lwb.
I also have a swb rolling frame with 5lug disk brake front and 6 lug Rear.
I managed to find a square body 12 bolt.... I'm curious to what would be easier cutting my c20 frame and keeping everything attached and mounting my suspension to it or should I body swap it.... I'm also curious to using a s10 5speed with my bell housing for more highway speed or just use a good th350 I have laying around.... and has anyone ever used gbody headers on their truck I have some long tubes that are gArage ornaments. Any and all answers are helpful

I think I'd do the body swap. That way the swb will still be a shorty, as it was meant to be.
