Window cooling fan?

My truck does not have A/C so i am looking for a fan to use when stuck at a redlights.

I have two of these in my 72 USB power work ok but you’re really just blowing around hot air . Bought them at Walmart pretty cheap think under $10 each

Check with truck stops. They often have cab fans similar to above that can mount in a cab. Double check voltage. Some may be 24V.

Thanks but in central Alabama Swamp Cooler does not help.. It raines twice a week here so extra moisture just makes things worse.
We just had 2 inches of rain in one hour from a small storm.
