Not a real good picture. Its a 66 GMC short bed stepside. 250 6 with hedders & offy aluminum intake factory powerglide. This is a test to try and figure how to post pictures.

Been a lurker here for a long time, used to hang out over on the 88-98 side. Have had 4 different nineties trucks while I was at University, including the pile that gave me my username.
Any-ways here is the truck I have dreamed about for decades now, this was my Grandfathers grain truck until the mid to late seventies. It was one of the first trucks that he bought new, he always bought used of made do with castoffs. It used to sit behind the chicken coop at Grandmas when I was a little guy, at the time I would play truck driver in it. After Grandma passed, a cousin bought it and used it for his welding business as a hauling machine in the patch. I have bugged him to sell it back to me for years. This past harvest, out of the blue he decided to give it to me! Incredibly stoked to start this project, though it will take a while to begin. Gotta accumulate funds. It's in quite good shape for its age and I believe that the odometer is correct. Remember it was a farm truck then sat until the late nineties. However it has rust above the windshield, which worries me a little. |

rolled pan, relocated gas filler in bed , cadillac tail lights, smoothed tailgate, door poppers , full autometer dash, alloy tank , etc ..
