Kudos for LMC Customer Service

Just wanted to publicly thank LMC. I've ordered a ton of parts for my Blazer restoration from a variety of vendors. I haven't yet started reassembly as it isn't back from the body shop, but a couple of weeks ago I was going through the boxes of parts and putting them in some sort of order. I was putting all the new harnesses together in a box and noticed that the front light harness in an unopened plastic bag had some small black plastic pieces floating in the bag loose. Closer look revealed that one of the connector ends was broken - maybe stepped on in the warehouse or manufacturer? In any event, I had bought this order in February. I took several pictures and emailed them to LMC's Customer Service. Received an email back that they were referred to the appropriate area. A few days later I received a shipping notification and a couple days later received a new harness. No return or shipping costs - just a new harness no questions asked. Thought that was great customer service!
