Re: 67 worth fixing?

For $200 I would say yes as there has to be some good parts there even if the truck is too far gone to fix.

Re: 67 worth fixing?

Hard to say. If you are paying $200.00 for it, I bet It will need some major work. How much do you want to stick in to it, what your skill level to fix it? Anything can be fixed with lots of time and money.

For $200 go get it. If you don't, I will...
It really doesn't look real bad. You can't lose on it.

For $200 that definitely looks doable IMO, how are the guts? Any severe rot visible?

Re: 67 worth fixing?

Whether it's worth fixing is up to you. Hard to tell from one picture, but it doesn't look any worse than most.

Re: 67 worth fixing?

I can see much more than $200 in parts there. And you might even get it running.

If you have the space to store it... well, I would buy it and I don't even have the space.

Love the lettering on the 67-68 hoods. I’d grab it just for that!

Is it just me or does that body look like it's in pretty good condition?

Re: 67 worth fixing?

For $200.00 it is definitely worth buying. But not enough pics to see if is worth fixing.

Re: 67 worth fixing?

YES. That's a steal.
There is an appliance store that has the saying "if you don't buy it the person behind you will".

Btw from the pictures and the price, that is not in poor shape at all, let us know when you get it home.

Re: 67 worth fixing?

Heck yes that is worth buying. I'd personally get it out of the weeds, check it over real good, and see how you feel about it then. As has been said, it has more than 200 just in parts, but I'm certain you could sell it whole for a good price. If I had a trailer and was closer I'd jump on it myself. Awesome find man.

Like Orange67 said, if you can, pull it out of the weeds, inspect it well underneath. I usually try to peek under the carpet to see the floor condition. Check cab corners. I usually push and pull on panels to see if anything is loose from rust rot. Check under the doors, there's usually rot under there.

But regardless of all this, I can tell it's a good deal already based on the integrity of the shell. For $200, oh yes.
