New toy 72 Custom Camper Highlander

Found this and couldn't resist.
Original paint, no rust and cool options too. There was a cover over the original seat. That's 2 in a row I lucked out on that way with no tears in the original seat.
Not quite sure what the red paint on the wheels was about but an incredibly solid truck.

Re: New toy 72 Custom Camper Highlander

Wow. That is one optioned up dude. Very good score for sure. Ditch the red wheels or at least the red and that truck is sharp.

Re: New toy 72 Custom Camper Highlander

Thanks yes it does have some nice options.
The wheels will get painted white and the stock hub caps will go on.

Re: New toy 72 Custom Camper Highlander

Great truck..
Seems we've got the same vehicle, give or take an option or so.

It's interesting how the option codes are written up differently.
And in another order.
Anyone know why?
Different assembly plant maybe?
Lazy worker on a Friday?

The options are written in alphabetic order according to their option code.

Re: New toy 72 Custom Camper Highlander

Thanks all for the nice remarks.
The mud flaps say " colorful Colorado" and it spent its life in Pueblo.
Yes it's looks like they are very similar and yes the plants in those days did it all a touch different on the spid and some other things too like emblem placement and so on.
My wife just says "green again, when are you going to get a pretty one" lol

Re: New toy 72 Custom Camper Highlander

How did you find that in Pueblo if you're in MO? I didn't see it listed anywhere, and I'm only five hours away. In any case, nice work!

I know it Joe!
I seem to always wind up with custom campers, auxiliary fuel tank, and green.
I really don't mind though.
