I've been into this series of trucks for a LONG time and I have always loved the 60-61 Chevrolet hoods...
Unless you're in a favorable climate there's a lot to be said for finding a nice one that doesn't require financing. I have a 61 C10 hood "rough" at the braces and a "perfect" 60 lcf hood that I hope to marry up soon. Not mine pictured but inspiring none the less... I'll be running that on my 62 C10 if I don't mess it up trying... otherwise I have a decent 2-6 Chevy hood as a back-up so to speak. The 60-61 GMC's are not my style but they do make a statement! Ok, well then yes. I have the 61 bezels and I agree I prefer the 60 style chromed. I will be ordering some real soon. Thanks for that information.
