grill recipe
anyone out there use a rotissary "spit" to cook on the grill,
I want to cook a pork shoulder, or something good, i know they are good for chicken , but I prefer my chicken fried, or with dumplins...any good recipes, or tips. I've never used the electric spit before. thanks John

sorry all my attempts with a rotissery over the years have ended up like a three stooges movie/ i just grill and turn every 10-15minutes
