1990 Suburban single headlight question?

Hello fellow Chev lovers!
I'm trying to figure out why my 1990 1500 GMC Suburban only has single headlights.
I've checked images and seems most have dual, and sometimes different front clips completely.
Wondering if the experts have some insight.

Re: 1990 Suburban single headlight question?

I think the base model (Sierra?) came with single headlights. The Chevys were called Cheyenne or Scottsdale as opposed to Silverado. Maybe the high end model was Sierra Grande?

It says SLX on it which is the basest of the base models I'm pretty sure. I like it, everything you need and nothing you don't

Re: 1990 Suburban single headlight question?

RPO V22 - Deluxe Chrome Grille dictated the headlight options. V22 most commonly appears on Silverado/Sierra Classic packages but really they could be ordered either way.

Your '90 Suburban belongs in the section of the forum before this one. '88-'98 is a general guide for the GMT-400 platform...yours is not a GMT-400. Just letting you know if you have other questions.
