1972 GMC Jimmy bucket seats??

mm are these worth anything? its a 1972 GMC Jimmy 4x4.. seats are thrashed but reusable frames and mechanisms work good.. are they worth anything? thanks

Yes they are. Probably a couple hundred. The Passenger side seat brackets will be worth the most if you part them, but selling as a set will get you a good price.

Hi Mark, a bit of a hassle to ship, but worth it! They look better than some. Check closely for rust in the seat frames. $200 is bottom dollar with brackets. You probably can get a bit more. I run most of mine at $350-450 shipped for a set depending on how nice the foam is. Shipping usually runs $75-100 depending on location. Sharpie

just curious.. what did you have them listed as? i looked and couldnt find any on there..?

Hi Mark, I usually just stack and shrink wrap seats that are going to be recovered and ship UPS (brackets removed and placed on the top seat). You may want to try selling on here. There is still a strong market for bucket seats, especially if you are willing to ship. Sharpie

"bucket seats" search in the 67-72 parts forum should give a nice list of seats for sale/sold to compare to. Sharpie
