Wiring issues.

So I think I got in over my head I have a 69 c10. I made my own guage cluster out of steel cut holes and put in new after market guages. Didn't use any of the old wires from old connection except the fuel guage and ground. Rest are capped off. I put in heI ran power to that from unfused ignition on fuse block. Power to my guages from there as well. Now it doesn't have a junction block on the passenger fender so funny me took those wires and wire nutted them together is this bad. My truck keeps blowing fuse in the guage cluster feed spot and now won't even light up I'm lost and have been on this for weeks trying to figure it out.

Start with the Grounding throughout the truck. I my self and just maybe a few more here have had grounding problems that when fixed "O" what a relief it is LOL
