1956 GMC 630 Firetruck
Truck has the 503 engine which had a full rebuild, fresh fuel system, new brakes including a new hydro vac unit, tube tires switched to 22.5 tubeless. Truck sat for about 25 years in a barn before I saved it. Truck is very very solid, 15k miles.Pump still mounted, ladders, hard suction, booster reels, Q siren, lights all all still there. Truck drives amazingly well stops great, holds road great. Drove it this week on a 20 mile cruise inn, with no trouble in 90 degree weather. Time to move on to next project.
