15 inch wheel fitment on orginal 16 OEM brake
Probably not the best wording. Any way to tell short of buying and trying? Looking to see if I can fit some 15 inch mags on my 99 F150 that comes stock with 16 inch rims. I feel like the rotors might be too large.
Just thinking ahead. Probably need new tires by late spring. Ive been looking at mags in Craigslist. I can get what I want for pretty cheap in 15 inch. I think a set of old school mags would look good. If instead I must buy new 16 inch mags I wont bother. The cost of new wheels and new tires is more than Im willing to incur just because I like the look. |

Re: 15 inch wheel fitment on orginal 16 OEM brake
Don't they have an odd bolt pattern for those fords? MY friend has the 1st year of that body style (97 I think) and he was stuck with 16s. If I remember right we measuredhte distance between his caliper and the 16 " wheel and we calculated about we would need about 1/4" less caliper to clear.
