Figured I would take a break from the firewall and fill up the gas filler neck hole. It took longer to make my circle than to weld it in.

I started stripping down the door and whoever did the body work was not very bright. I found up to 1/2" of body filler in places.

I went ahead and filled in the hole for the blower motor and fabed up a piece to complete the firewall.
