What's a fair price on this 55'?

So I have a relative that told me to make an offer on his 55' pickup that I've been eyeing for a while. I'm pretty sure he'll cut me a smoking deal but I just wanted to get input on what would be a solid price and I'll go from there. It's a 1955 step side that he has had for just a few years. Solid body with no rust. Quite a few small dings with garbage flat paint job. Straight 6 with a three speed column shift. Runs very strong. Interior is pretty bare with a bench seat from a dodge van. Single piece door Windows and a large scratch across the windshield from the wiper. This is the only pic I have.
