1969-1972 tow hooks

Here's a pair of tow hooks. A left and a right, they face different directions. Original nuts and bolts, powder coated satin black. I'm upgrading to extreme bends.
$600

I don't wanna make you mad but I'll give you 450 for them. I just gave 600 for my extreme bends.

Re: 1969-1972 tow hooks

Oh gosh it doesn't make me mad one bit. $600 for extreme bends is a good deal. Which seems insane to say that. I remember paying $200 for a pair years ago thinking I needed my head examined.
Let me think about it a bit, I may take your $450.
I don't suppose you want to sell the Extreme bends? $800

when i first found this board many years ago, i bought 20 or more sets of tow hooks for a buddy of mine that didn't have a computer-still doesn't- for 100 bucks a pair delivered. i thought he was crazy back then but now he is sitting on a gold mine and he won't sell any of them. he owns a bunch of trucks, mostly short 4x4 cheyenne's and super's and has hooks on most of them with a few CST blazers in the mix. he has barns full of trucks and NOS parts galore.

I remember you doing that, I think I sold you a rusty pair for $75.00. That was 10 or 13 years ago.

Re: 1969-1972 tow hooks

I totally understand not wanted to part with any of these rare parts. In another five years they might be selling for $2000 a set. It's hard to say

Okay, I'm confused, I thought Coatingguy was selling a set of regular hooks here on this thread?

Re: 1969-1972 tow hooks

WOW! Glad I am not in the market for these! I could not justify buying them.
Best of luck to all who are selling these things for $600. to $800. a pair.

I recently found a yard with bunches of 67-72 trucks, I may see if he has some laying around...
