Re: hood vibrate solution

If the center vibrates up and down you could do what I did and add an extra brace from an old hood that was rotted out. You do need to cut a section out of the center but it sure strengthens up the hood.

That center brace is exactly what I need for my 2 trucks.
Where can I find that brace? I have not seen them on any chevy hood before, so I am not sure what you are referring to when a "old hood rotted out".

What make/model vehicle was the donor for your application?
