A 47 I built. It IS finished!

4 inch chop, Mustang II front, homebuilt 3 link in the rear and less than $2500 in it. Wish I had taken build pics but I wasn't about to take the wife's $1800 digital camera to the shop!

Re: A 47 I built. It IS finished!

Just to be odd, it has the 235 that came with it when I got it. I did have to raise the motor/tranny 2" to keep them from dragging. Interior has an extended shifter, s-10 seats, a mid 70's tilt wheel and not much else.

Looking good! See if you can find a split exhaust maniford for the six, they sound really good and smooth with duals.

Re: A 47 I built. It IS finished!

The owner of this truck painted it flat black (left the lettering) and added a flame thrower to the exhaust. Got a call from him on sunday to let me know that he took 1st place in a local car show! He said there were a dozen or so rats and to top it off, the Frankensteiners Club out out Minneapolis MN invited him to their next show.
