centering rear wheels

I put a 67 tempest rear in my 53 gmc 1/2 ton pickup longbed ,the width is perfect. I put 3 in. lowering blocks on my stock 1 3/4 leafs , The wheels are not centered ,they weren't when truck was stock they sit forwared about two inches. Any ideas?

you have to either move the hangers and shackles back on the frame or use an offset perch at the axle. The off set perch would be easier to install , but requires cutting the tempest ones off and re welding the off set ones in.

I already cut all the brackets off tempest rear .I have 3 in. channel with perches on top sitting on leaves .Can I use offset perches on top of channel.or is moving the springs back a better job
