Anyone got a picture?

Of your engine bay OEM throttle pedal linkage for a 283 with a 4bbl carb? Mine is a Rochester 4G. Swapped in a 283 from my 250 I6 2bbl and slightly modified the rod arm on the firewall pedal pivot, but it does leave the pedal in the cab really far away from the floor and sometimes the floor mounted pedal doesn’t sit over the rod coming down from the firewall pivot. I could bend that rod a bit back toward the floor/firewall but that would lessen pedal travel and not give me full travel on the carb end. Or should I just convert over to a cable linkage, will that give me full travel without a high pedal as well? I know it will probably be smoother. But there has to be an original example of a V8 with a 4bbl out there with original throttle linkage...right? If I can see one, I reckon I can fab one...
