What is this...?
I'm at work and so I don't have my manual on me (2003 5.3)... Can anyone tell me what this is? Circled in red... Is there a way to remove and plug it? I know it's not need...

Hard to tell but looks like evap purge .if so it can be removed but you'll need to find a way to plug it.

I went to a hardware store and got one of those little rubber squish plugs that have the bolt threaded through it, and expands as you tighten it. Cheap and works great.
