the photo is not a bolt on kit, just a photo representative of a torque arm on springs with the front shackle
what rearend are you running in your truck?

traction bars can be as cheap as $49 and may be your cheap fix
if you chose traction bars; read up on the applications (i've never installed/used them)
the snubber should make contact on the spring pivot not further back on the spring

Re: 4 link Kit for 55-59 Chevy Truck

Nice looking truck!

I like using a panhard or even better a watts link to locate the rear axle. It defines the rear suspension roll center. I am building this '59 to be a an all around performer, which includes handling around corners (I guess that's called pro touring now?) so that's why it is a no brainer to me. Plus the adjustable link locations allow you to dial in how the chassis responds to power being applied to it by the rear axle.

Good morning Dan, I've been researching this myself.

I just bought the Performance On Line Kit because of the rectangular upper shock bracket like HEIDTS, is the complete kit and it has a Limited Lifetime warranty!
https://www.performanceonline.com/19...-Kit-Complete/ and it is $999 but if you watch the web site I got it for 10% off and got it with the Blacked out Coil-over adjustable shocks!

I'm thinking of down the road to doing this very thing. Thanks again for your help.

cody, iam running a dyna 60, if you click on my build just underneath my signature, it will give you an idea of how wide you can go without making you frame more narrow from your stock frame, You will have to notch the frame if you lower it and of course cut in to the bed sides to squeeze that amount of meat in there. ask away if you need more info
