FITECH Fuel Command Center issues

Having issues with my FCC any one else. Vent is putting fuel out . Sent back they said float set wrong, they repaired sent back installed on truck drove 2 miles filled up 20oz coke bottle with fuel. Fi tech said vent will put fuel out that is why it must be ran to tank. My concern is if vent line has fuel in it how is FCC supposed to vent properly. My truck has been down for 4 weeks dealing with this.

if you ran the vent back to your tank vent tube wouldn't the fuel drain back in the tank wile venting the vapor?

That's what I'm not sure about. I feel like the way the vent would run to the tank would have to many dips in it creating like a pee trap. There are people on other forums that have done this and say that it blocks the venting process causing efi to starve for fuel due to FCC not being able to vent.

seams to me If the float was set right in the fcc there would be no fuel able to reach the vent. As much as you spent on that I would send it back tell it was right!
